Attractive framed Irish Prayer surrounded by an arrangement of pressed wild Irish flowers, hand picked in the Wicklow countryside.
This product can be used as a gift for weddings or any religious occasion, traditional/special occasions, friendship, sporting occasions, sympathy or bereavement, family occasions, thoughts or blessings, or simply to display at home.
This product captures and preserves the beauty of the Irish countryside in its wildflowers and prose. Wildflowers including rosebay, willow, herb, fuschia and heather are gathered in the Co. Wicklow foothills.
After picking, the flowers are preserved naturally by well-proven methods to eliminate moisture whilst retaining colour, shape and texture.
The pressing process is still done the traditional way. Flowers, leaves and grasses are picked while dry and placed between blotting paper. These are then laired between newspapers in a timber press.
The presses are then tightened by means of bolts in each corner, and left in a dry warm environment for a minimum of three weeks.
Measures 7" x 7" with a glass size of 5" x 5".
